In effort to get ahead of the lifting of Title 42 on May 11th, 2023, the El Paso Community Foundation is activating the Migrant Families Relief Fund to support other local non-profits that are positioned to humanely assist migrants expected to make their way into our region seeking basic needs, such as food, shelter, and transportation.
On March 21, after over 50 years of hard work by our community, Castner Range was designated a National Momument. The El Paso Community Foundation is excited to announce that after 52 years, over 137,000 letters of support, countless hours of work from congresspeople, community members, staff and volunteers, President Joe Biden is expected to name Castner Range a National Monument at the White House Conservation in Action Summit in Washington D.C. He is expected to sign the designation at today’s event.
