Join us for this ROCKIN’ TYKES event at LA NUBE Steam Discovery Center as we explore “Hispanic Heritage Month,” with fun learning experiences on Saturday, September 28, from 10:30 am - 11:30 am. Expect to explore a variety of Hispanic traditions with games, history, music, playful activities, and more!

Tickets for the ROCKIN’ TYKES event at La Nube are FREE with the purchase of La Nube ticket. EVERY MEMBER OF FAMILY ATTENDING MUST BUY A LA NUBE TICKET (except children under one year of age).

For Rockin’ Tykes, ONLY the PARTICIPATING CHILD needs a ticket. But every child must be accompanied by an adult who will be participating with them throughout the entire hour-long session. Event is for participants 18 months to 3 years of age, though some younger and slightly older kids may also enjoy the activities. Attendance will be capped at 15 children.

ROCKIN’ TYKES is a one-hour music-filled workshop for children (ages 18 months-4 years of age) and their parents/guardians using music and other art forms. The class is run by speech-language pathologists and other providers specializing in early intervention. It aims to help children reach age-appropriate developmental milestones and encourage parent-child and peer-to-peer interaction, while simultaneously promoting the arts. We strive to host the event at different community locations to expose families to child/art friendly spaces throughout the city.
